Kwen Gesha Coffee Roasters is committed to freshness. That's why we ship our coffees the next business day after you place an order. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as we receive your order.
Shipping to or within the U.S.
Delivery charges are based on the total weight of your order or flat rate, what ever is convenient for you.
For delivery charges on international shipments please contact Customer Service.
We use UPS as our main shipper; however, there will be times where we will use USPS.
Flat rate shipping charges (applies to 2 lbs or more):
Standard Ground shipping is available to all 50 states. Orders placed with Standard Ground shipping will ship by the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders shipped via Standard Ground typically arrive in three (3) to eight (8) business days.
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS 2nd Day Air will only be available upon request. During the holidays it will be selectable from the shipping menus.
We can put up to 7-LBS of coffee in a Flat Rate Box - Priority mail for $37.00 to most countries. Or for timing and delivery charges on international shipments please contact Customer Service.

If any Kwen Gesha Coffee product fails to meet your expectations, we will replace it or refund the full cost of the product, including shipping. Kwen Gesha Coffee Roasters strives to provide excellent Customer Service, and we will do whatever we can to ensure that you're satisfied.
