This "garden" coffee is grown by the Oromio Cooperative around the town of Yirgacheffe, one of Ethiopia's most prized coffee-growing regions. The coffee is cherry picked from the plant, washed, fermented and laid out to dry in the sun. Washed Yirgacheffes exude a distinctive grapefruit/citrus like acidity.
